In 2016, Heather began pursuing her education in Holistic Natural Health & Healing, later, earning a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Natural Health and Board Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner through The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Heather has additional training and certificates as a Professional Christian Life Coach and Mental Health Coach through The American Association of Christian Counselors and The International Christian Coaching Association. She has additional training and experience teaching Creative Relaxation Retreats (Healing with Art) and Gelotology Classes (Healing with Laughter).  

Heather has a strong conviction to share the transformative impact of a holistic approach to wellness with an emphasis on the interconnectedness of one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Her holistic approach allows the body to provide a healing environment to nourish the health of one’s nervous system for optimal nerve energy health.

Her curated time and detail to her clients’ holistic wellness coaching and spa care experience delivers a nurturing environment for her clients to experience solace, relaxation, and refreshment, while detoxing in specialized holistic foot soaks or luxurious holistic spa care facials. Alongside her clients, she encourages and equips them to begin implementing long-lasting, second nature lifestyle habits and rhythms to support their goals and overall well-being through her Essential Holistic Refinement Packages, 1-on-1 Holistic Coaching Sessions, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis tools.

She is no stranger to the cosmetology and spa industry, which began in 2002. She received her Advanced Managing Cosmetology License from The Salon Schools Group, Nationwide Beauty Academy and Spa School, in Columbus, Ohio, with specialized training as a Pivot Point & Esthetics Specialist. She and her husband, Josh, owned two salons in Ohio before relocating to Florida, in 2013, with their 3 boys, on assignment to serve the Lord through her husband’s pastoral ministry. She is an advocate for home education and has taught for over a decade and counting.
